Insomnia is a sleep disorder in which you have trouble falling and/or staying asleep. It may come and go, and be acute or chronic when it does occur.
- If the condition is short-term or acute, it can last from 1 night to a few weeks.
- If insomnia occurs long-term for at least 3 nights a week for 3 months or more, it is considered to be chronic.
Options Center offers individualized appointments to address these concerns through hair analysis, nutrition, supplements and body-mind work.
