Individual Stress Reduction Sessions
Intelligent responsibility for your personal health and well-being belongs to you. If you are ready to take that responsibility, Helen can assist you with your physical, emotional, and attitude goals. She offers appointments that are individualized to focus on your stress reduction and whole-body re-programming so that your natural healing abilities can operate automatically.
Body
Helen will assist you to create a personalized program for your own body that addresses healthy nutrition, exercise, and weight control. She may recommend vitamins, minerals and/or herbs that support your immune system, increase your energy levels, reduce your allergic reactions, as well as the slow down the aging process. Your inborn capacity for vital, vibrant living is nurtured and activated. Additional balancing approaches such as acupressure, deep relaxation and guided imagery may be included. She also utilizes movement re-education techniques (Brain Gym®, Touch for Health and Movement Exploration) that explore how the body systems (skeletal, muscular, nervous, etc.) contribute to movement and self-awareness. These approaches emphasize movement patterns that may stem from infancy and childhood and facilitate the dialogue between the mind and the body.
Mind/Emotions
Through individualized consultation, Helen and you work together to remove energy blocks and re-program unconscious restrictive habits. Once energy is flowing freely unhindered by “frozen” emotions and memories, your natural healing and maintenance processes can operate unhindered. Personal objectives are to reduce stress, allow more positive attitudes, and integrate the three dimensions of the brain–right/left for communication, top/bottom for organization, and front/back for comprehension.
Attitude
Your attitudes affect everything. Symptom relief alone is not enough if your goal is total regeneration. Getting a different perspective of your problems and challenges, and realizing you are a loved, valued, and unique individual is the most powerful prescription you can give yourself. Your WHOLE self must be balanced for a high level of well-being.
